With the expert guidance of an Exercise Physiologist, we help you navigate through your daily and sport nutrition so that both your health and sports performance improve. And we guide you in ways to become more metabolically efficient.

How It Works:

We start with a free consultation to discuss what your goals are and what you’re looking for in nutrition coaching.

At the start of nutrition coaching, you’ll complete the initial forms which includes a food log and questionnaires on your health, nutrition, athletic history, and fitness. We then evaluate your information and schedule your first call.

The Nutrition Program is a four week program that includes one phone call per week (up to 45 minutes) plus email support. Throughout the four weeks, we’ll help you identify challenges, discuss potential modifications, and help you make adjustments based on your workouts and training periodization.

Nutrition Maintenance is a one time coaching call, either 30 minutes or 1 hour in length, that’s best suited for those who have questions and want to review their daily and sports nutrition.
