At Rise Endurance we take a holistic, athlete-centered approach to your running or triathlon coaching. Because being active and healthy isn’t about just running and counting calories. A healthy lifestyle is about feeling good, having energy, enjoying your food, and being injury free. It’s incorporating lifelong healthy practices that work for you and being able to balance it with your lifestyle.

We take the whole athlete into account by factoring in your lifestyle, available time, health, and athletic history.  We use both subjective and objective data when coaching our athletes, which means we monitor your perceived effort as well as heart rate, pace, and power. We guide you in your workouts, lifestyle, and nutrition. Because if any of these are dismissed or ignored, then you’re missing a piece of the larger picture.

How It Works:

We start with a free consultation to discuss what your goals are and what you’re looking for in coaching.

The Rising Star level of coaching is monthly, ongoing coaching while the Go Getter level is a short term, custom-made plan best suited to self-motivated and independent athletes.

Depending on the coaching level that you choose, your training is posted onto your TrainingPeaks calendar either weekly or as one block.

Rising Star Monthly Coaching

At the start of the Rising Star monthly coaching, you’ll complete the initial forms which includes questionnaires on your available time for training, athletic history, health, nutrition, and fitness. We then evaluate your information and, after connecting to your TrainingPeaks account, we develop periodized and totally customized training that’s scientifically based and targets your physiological limiters. We prescribe detailed workouts and field tests in order to monitor and adjust your training and to better understand your responses to various training stimuli. We also work with you on nutrition to help you improve both your health and sports performance.

During monthly coaching, you’ll received unlimited analysis of your running or swimming form so that we can work on injury prevention and becoming more efficient. And if you ever need adjustments to your training because of life, family, or work commitments, we’ll make the necessary changes anytime.

Throughout our coach-athlete relationship, we always keep an open line of communication to answer all of your questions. As part of the Rising Star level of coaching, we monitor your completed workouts, data, biometrics, and notes in order to interpret and understand how you’re responding to training and recovery so that you progress from where you are now to where you want to be.

Go Getter Coaching

The Go Getter level of coaching is purchased in 4 week blocks, but the length of your plan can be further customized by adding extra weeks for $69/week. You and your coach will discuss how many weeks of training are needed before your race.

Before your coach begins to build your plan, you’ll complete the registration form which includes questionnaires on your goal race, available time for training, athletic history, and fitness. We then evaluate your information and develop a custom-made and periodized training plan leading up to your goal race.

Your plan includes detailed workouts that are prescribed specifically for you and is deliver it to your TrainingPeaks account as one full block. Don’t have an account? No worries! We can help set you up.

After you receive your plan, we’ll reach out to you to discuss any questions you have about the plan and make any necessary changes. No further changes will be made after that time.
