While the athlete is being actively coached by Rise Endurance LLC or Joan Scrivanich under the monthly coaching plans (Ultimate, Deluxe or Premium Training Plans), the following are included at the start of coaching:

– Detailed Initial Consultation
– Discussion of goals
– Evaluation of past training & race performances
– An athlete-centered & personalized plan
– Scientific based training that targets your physiological limiters
– Discounts on other Rise Endurance services
– Discounts with our sponsors

All training plans are delivered through TrainingPeaks.

Discounts on other Rise Endurance services will be available to the athlete throughout the monthly coaching relationship.

The above are no longer benefits to the athlete if they are no longer being coached by Rise Endurance LLC or Joan Scrivanich.

 

The Self-Guided Plan is a custom plan that is built for the athlete without ongoing monthly coaching.

After the consultation & review of goals, the athlete’s training plan will be created and delivered via TrainingPeaks.  There will then be a final review of the plan by the athlete and coach with any adjustments to the plan being made at that time.

Any athlete purchasing the Self-Guided Plan will be offered the following at the start of coaching on a limited basis:

– Detailed Initial Consultation
– Discussion of goals
– Evaluation of past training & race performances
– An athlete-centered & personalized plan
– Scientific based training that targets your physiological limiters
– Discounts on other Rise Endurance services
– Discounts with our sponsors

Discounts on other Rise Endurance services will only be available if the athlete purchases the service or services at the time of the final review.

After the final review, discounts on other Rise Endurance services will no longer be available.
